CONSULTING RATESTracy EmerickDay Rate$2,400Contract (6 days in 12 months)$1,800/dayRate applies for all activities performed on client's behalf regardless of location of thework. Activity invoices will be rendered monthly or at the completion of an assignment.The scope of assignments will be prepared and approved before work begins. Purchaseorders or letters of understanding will be completed to provide for a "not-to-exceed"budget. If an assignment is cancelled before completion, all time consumed on the projectwill be billed and payable in thirty days.All work is guaranteed. If clients are not satisfied, no fees are billed.Special Circumstances:Hourly rates apply for work accomplished on a random basis;• Tracy Emerick @$300 or $225 per hour for contract.
